Musically Aligned Science Songs CD Packets Approved by the California Department of Education - Great News, especially for California teachers! We received notice from the California Department of Education that each Musically Aligned Science Songs CD Packet has been approved for legal and social content based on the Education Code and the State Boards of Education guidelines that are outlined in the document. Our current materials will remain on the list for 6 years from 2005-2011.

What this means: Districts may purchase materials from this approved list using either Proposition 20 Lottery Funds or any Instructional Materials Funding Realignment Program (IMFRP) funds remaining after districts have purchased their required instructional materials.
